Do I need an account?

No account is required to start scanning. The app works entirely on-device.

What devices are supported?

What's This Mail? runs on iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and on Android running Android 8.0 or later.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Is this app affiliated with a government agency?

No. What's This Mail? is independent and is not affiliated with Medicare, CMS, Social Security, AARP, USPS, or any government agency or insurance provider.
